If I choose Tier 2, do I have to pay RM1,299 every month?
No. The RM1,299 is a one time setup fee to design, handcode, and launch your website. Once your site is live, you only pay the monthly maintenance fee (RM319/month for Tier 2), which starts the following month. That fee keeps your website running smoothly and covers high speed hosting, domain renewal, SSL security, and 4 developer updates every month.
What is covered in the monthly maintenance fee?
Your monthly fee covers high speed managed cloud hosting, automated SSL security certificates, domain renewal, daily uptime monitoring, and your allocated developer updates. You never have to log into complex cPanel or WordPress dashboards.
How does the Fair Use Rule work for edits?
Each plan has a set number of updates per month (e.g. 2 for Basic, 4 for Business, 8 for Custom VIP). If you need additional changes in a busy month, we charge a flat RM30 (or RM50 for VIP) per additional edit so your costs remain predictable without expensive retainer locks.
How do I request edits or update prices?
Simply send your text, new photo, or price tweak directly to our WhatsApp support chat. We apply the changes directly to your code within your plan's turnaround window (24 to 48 hours).
Can I upgrade from Basic to Business later?
Yes! You can start with the single-page Basic plan at RM499, and whenever your business grows and needs additional pages, lead capture forms, or larger catalogs, you can upgrade by paying the difference.
