Guidelines for our handcoded web design, cloud hosting, and monthly maintenance services.
1. Overview & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between "vcorps" ("the Studio", "we", "us", or "our") and the client ("Client", "you", or "your") commissioning website design, custom software development, cloud hosting, or ongoing web maintenance services.
By confirming an order via our WhatsApp consultation, invoice acceptance, or payment of setup fees, you agree to these terms in their entirety.
2. Scope of Services & Deliverables
"vcorps" specializes in handcoded websites built with semantic HTML5, modern CSS, and JavaScript, optimized for fast mobile performance, Google Core Web Vitals, and direct WhatsApp lead conversion.
Standard package turnaround
- • Basic Tier (RM499 setup): Launched within 3 business days upon receipt of necessary business information, service lists, and photo assets.
- • Business Tier (RM1,299 setup): Launched within 5 to 7 business days upon receipt of multi page content and catalog specifications.
- • Custom VIP: Delivered according to the custom milestone schedule mutually agreed upon in the project proposal.
3. Client Submissions & Approvals
To ensure timely turnaround, clients must supply requested brand assets, photography, price lists, and contact information promptly. If high resolution photography or final copywriting is not provided, "vcorps" will furnish licensed high quality stock photography and drafted copywriting as part of the setup deliverables.
Review revisions during the build phase must be submitted within 7 calendar days to avoid project launch delays.
4. Managed Hosting & Infrastructure
Websites built by "vcorps" are hosted on fast global cloud networks using Cloudflare, AWS, or Vercel edge infrastructure, ensuring fast page loading in Malaysia.
Your monthly maintenance fee (RM199/month for Basic, RM319/month for Business) covers:
- Cloud hosting bandwidth and storage
- Annual primary domain renewal (.com or .org) and DNS management
- Automated SSL security certificates and DDoS protection
- Scheduled backups and 99.9% uptime monitoring
- Direct WhatsApp developer support
5. Fair Use Policy for Monthly Updates
"vcorps" handles your website edits without requiring you to use confusing CMS dashboards or hiring external freelancers. You simply message our developer team via WhatsApp.
Covered maintenance tasks
Covered updates include: changing product or service prices, swapping banners or photos, updating phone numbers and addresses, editing business hours, or adding seasonal promotional notices. Standard turnaround is 24 to 48 business hours.
Extra Batches: Updates exceeding your tier allowance (2 per month for Basic, 4 per month for Business) are billed at a flat RM30 per batch (Basic and Business) or RM50 per batch (Custom VIP).
Note: Complete site restructuring, brand overhauls, or developing complex web applications are considered custom development projects and will be quoted separately.
6. Code Ownership & No Lock In
We believe you should never be trapped by proprietary software. The Client retains 100% intellectual property ownership of all submitted logos, brand assets, photos, and textual copy.
Upon settlement of one-time setup fees, the handcoded HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript code created for your website belongs to you. If you ever choose to self-host, we provide a clean, zipped archive of your production source code with zero proprietary builder lock in.
7. Payments, Invoicing & Cancellation
Setup Fees: The one-time setup fee is payable prior to project kickoff.
Monthly Maintenance: Maintenance is billed recurring every 30 days beginning 30 days after your site goes live. There is no long term contract or lock in.
Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly maintenance subscription at any time by giving 14 days written notice via WhatsApp or email. Upon cancellation, hosting continues through the end of your prepaid billing period.
8. Limitation of Liability
While "vcorps" implements modern industry security and high-availability architecture, we cannot be held liable for third-party outages outside our direct control, including third-party telecommunications disruptions, WhatsApp API network downtime, or registrar-level domain disputes.
